Prevalence and Profile of Attention-Deficit Hyperactive Disorder in Genetic Syndromes
My research project focuses on the prevalence and profile of Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in genetic syndromes. As part of my research, I am conducting an empirical project and a systematic review. For my empirical project, I am liaising with Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children (GOSH) to investigate the ADHD prevalence and profile in children and young people with Sturge-Weber Syndrome. For my systematic review, I am conducting a review and meta-analysis of the prevalence of ADHD in common genetic syndromes which have been associated with high risk of ADHD in the past.
